I'd say aether could be considered a conduit used to deliver creation through manifestation, that allows for the flow of creationary energy.
It seems theoretically to have many purposes when being studied, and in understanding.
I am also of the thought that gravity is not what we think, it is instead a property and value of density. As is said with reference to certain "higher" realms, density is less there than here, and i suppose that directly relates to the frequency inherent here due to the high levels of stress and low vibrational states [as in the Level of Consciousness chart] that affects the collective. Those being Fear, Hate, Confusion, Doubt, etc.
The start of the book speaks of something i learnt, which is that we have energy in motion and still energy also... basically, this is said to be die electricity which is motionless, and magnetism which is in motion, when combined, motionless die electricity in motion creates electricity as a side effect, plus this also creates the radiation [heat energy] due to resistance/motion through the environment it moves through, or maybe simply that it creates it just through exertion of energy being in a state of motion.
What i took from this information was that die electricity could easily be the aether, still, silent and always available [electricity pylons harness this to produce electricity, although very much cowboyed as i hear], which leads me to believe that therefore, the aether must be the die electric component, all around and through us.
I am also of the understanding that as electricity is known to flow, this signifies energy in motion [die electricity combined with magnetism], and also that data of all kinds are transferred through electricity also [sound, light, etc] and also when in motion, electricity heats up, and is known through metals and cabling to do so through resistance for example.
I am also aware of the basic method of harnessing energy from the aether, which [as with the principle used in electricity pylons] involves copper wire, grounding and a certain amount of voltage being harnessed per metre high in the air [aether].
On a slight side-note, we are aware of the 4 basic elements that we are told make up all this here on earth [water air fire and earth, going from specific states [gas, to liquid to solid, and vice versa], but when heated with the fire element, where does the material go and what does it transform into after gas/smoke?...
Do you really think it just miraculously disappears and its gone, eliminated from all existence, especially when energy is neither created or destroyed - shame on gas and electricity companies [actually they are just brokers, scamming the population of the world] trying to sell you units of energy lol
...it transforms into the fifth element, Aether, which is eluded to in the phrase "returning to the earth/cosmos/universe", that signifies its return to the most basic form of creation, and also correlates to the platonic solids, as do the other elements.
The true void is a space in which all creation is born from within that state of non-being, it is powered by the aether, as is all creation/manifestation, whether seemingly physical matter or thought form creation, which comes to us through intentionality and then action, after the thought creation that before it was thought, was the void itself.
Therefore i believe that all creation is made of the aether component principally, at least in this material world/simulation/realm/dream/universe/cosmos, or whatever else you believe it to be.
Is this what Tesla expressed when he said all is energy, frequency and vibration?
I completely agree with your opening statements, and we would indeed change the world for the better, or as i see it, restore it to its intended position for the benefit of all. We should and could do this, only we stop ourselves.

Einstein was a complete fraud and plagiarist, who like others since, were given other people's inventions sent to the patent office, so they could steal the first spot as originator from the real inventors.
