The C.I.A.'s Declassified UFO Case Files... The Russian "Cosmic Revenge" Case...
March 27, 1993, Approved for Release in May of 2000...
UFO disclosure is becoming more and more imminent by the day. There are now treasure troves of government files available that give context to the reality of the UFO phenomenon. The proper term these days is “UAP” (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena). This series seeks to bring attention to some of the more obscure, or lesser known case files that populate the C.I.A. database for your consideration…
Today, we will look at the seldom-discussed Russian “Cosmic Revenge” case. The following document is the only public record of the C.I.A.’s acknowledgement of the case, and the claim within this document is that the U.S. Intelligence apparatus has a 250 page file pertaining to this case. The Intelligence Community takes the UFO (UAP) subject very seriously, so the outright dismissal of any of these case files is not recommended. Some of the files, such as this one, suggest a non-human presence as a factor in the various phenomena. I will leave discretion to the reader as to the nature of each case file.
Here is the “Cosmic Revenge” case for your perusal:
I hope you find value in giving these case files consideration. Until we get real UFO Disclosure, the best that we can do is analyze the evidence that is available to us in the public domain to draw our own conclusions. This series will continue as an ongoing effort to bring UFO Disclosure to the forefront of the minds of the masses. It is a topic that deserves greater scrutiny, and is arguably one of the most important subjects of our time. Wayne, this is wild. I'm going to share it on my Substack.
